Today for technology we changed our group and my group went to cooking with Ms Tuipulotu.

There recipe and steps I have done were this.The ingredients were oreos,milk,whip cream and hersheys chocolate.

Step one:get the oreos.

Step two:get 2 cups of milk.

Step three:Get  the blender ready.

Step four:Pour the milk and  the oreos together in the blender.

Step  five:Turn on the blender and wait for 3 minutes and then stop it.

Step six:Grab your cups and pour it in the cup.

Step seven:put your straw in  and enjoy you milk shake.

This was a very cool session with Ms Tuipulotu becuase we got to make milk shake then we got to drink it after that and it was very cool to make it becuase you could use that when you want to make a milkshake and also you don't have to waste your money on buying milkshake and next week when we go to technology we are going to make coconut cookies.

What is the food of the  rangatira it is knowledge it is communication.
This was very cool becuase we have lots of leader that lots of people look up to which makes them never give  up and to keep trying even doe they make a mistake.Example like kieran read on the game on saturday the all blacks almost lost to australia but then kieran read didn't want them to lose so the all blacks come back with a shocking try which made them win the game.

This is another task about the  same thing which is drugs

to describe what drugs is and what it can do to you and your body  also your family why do police focus time manufactured and distributors of drugs?To stop people from taking it because lot of people a dying every day and most of it is from drugs and the things that they use inside the drugs which is all differnt kind of chemicals.The hardest thing I found challenging is why do police focus time manufactured and distributors drugs.

DARE: Session 3 reflection task
This task was given to us to complete and it was about drugs and what makes you think differently about buying drugs now.Also it ask us what have we learnt.
Reason why it will affect you because the chemicals inside it will make you high and also some of the drugs out their could kill you because what they have inside it.They have lot of differnt chemicals that we dont even known about.Also it affects most of your body like your brain which you need to think and stay alive.Also their is a drug that we take every day but it is not bad and it won't kill us.

Michael DARE: Session 1 Reflection Task

This is a reflection from the dare program that we had to day.Dare stand for drug abuse resistance education

This task was to show our thinking on the program and to make us remember not to take drugs becuase it could kill us and also it affects others around us and once we get addicted  to it we will keep wanting more but when we don't get it we will get angry and people like family friend also the drug will change how our body  work and our brain also we will be slow to react to things example like if someone was crossing the road we wouldn't be able to slow down fast because of the drug.

The whakatauki in maori was he iti hoki te mokoroa nanai kakati te kahikatea and the english version was the grub may be small but it cuts through the white pine tree

I like this whakatauki becuase it explained a lot like not to judge people and it was fun becuase it was challenging and not to underestimate others or yourself the thing I found challenging is when will you use this whakatauki in life but it made me never stopped me from finishing my work.Also to never put others down aways make them feel welcome.Also makes people think about what they did to other in the past.

On saturday I was watching my brothers game at otahuhu college they were in the quarter final but they were very unlucky becuase they lost but it was still a good game after that we went to watch my sister netball game and they won.Then I went to watch auckland vs counties manukau it was very exciting going towards  the end of the game becuase auckland need a try or a penalty kick to win the game.Auckland almost scored but counties held the ball up and when the referee went to check the tmo the ball was held up and he asked if time was up and the tmo said yes and counties won the game.

after that I waited to watch the all blacks vs australia when the game started it was exciting because they  all blacks kept on attacking and busting through tackles which made space for the  other players.Australia took the lead then the all blacks striked back with a fantastic try which put them in the lead after that try all black kept on scoring which made them lead by halftime the score was 40-6.On second half it was australia turn to strike back and they scored three amazing tries on the all blacks then all blacks striked back with a combination try from ben smith to aaron smith then australia got two penalty kicks in by full time it was 54-32 but the all blacks were not playing liked the way they played on the first half.

Maths Equations

Today in class we done a maths equations and it was algebra and it was a very fun to do and it was hard trying to find out what days they finished their medicine on.We figured out the equation by what time they take their medicine and the dad takes is medicine every 5 times but he's only allowed to take it every hg 3 hours and the daughter takes her medicine every 3 times but she's only allowed to take it every 6 hours and she take 5ml and the dad takes 10ml.They both finished on the same day which is saturday but it took both of them 6 days.It was a stage 4 equations so we had to use our maths skills.

Tia and Tom math's question.

Today we solved an algebra problem to calculate how much money would be spent and earnt by two twins.Tom started with $20 and spent $2pd.Tia started with $0 and earned $2.5pd

I used a table to solve this problem we made links to statistics and chose a line graph to show our  thinking can see clearly that by friday,Tia had more money than tom.

Today for self mangement me and Kauri had to Finish our PB4L.
Our PB4L was about behavior in assembly becuase some of us don't how to behavior in assembly.Some of us talk well the speaker is talking and some of us don't know how to sit on chairs probably and some of us don't keep our hands to ourselves.
